The Value of Landscaping Your Property

Attractive landscaping, even some strategically placed flowers & greenery, can brighten a yard and give it   tremendous appeal.

Landscaping certainly adds to the beauty of your property, and increases its value.

Also, a good landscape enhances your property by upgrading the neighborhood.

A fully landscaped yard, with at least one shade tree, adds around 15% to the value of a typical home. 		 

Watering Your Landscaping
Properly watering your newly installed landscape is essential. Water must be provided to a plant's root system at all times. A plant needs one inch of water every week. Pay special attention during hot and dry weather! We recommend using the following schedule:

• Once a day for the first week.

• 3 times a week for the next month.

• 2 times a week for another month.
